This is an excellent-value self catering apartment in one of Kazimierz's quite streets, which is the Jewish part of the Old Krakow. Kazimierz, known as the 'city within the city' and is literally brimming with historical buildings, ancient churches and synagogues, making for a special atmosphere and charm that attracts people from all over the world.
The nearby riverside of Vistula is an excellent place to have a stroll, do jogging or just rest in the shade of trees. In the summertime, you can go for a pleasant boat sightseeing-ride on the nearby river. There is also a playground just round the corner.
Tram stations (2min.) provide quick & easy access to all parts of Krakow. Not far from our apartment are a greens market, an ice ring, flea market and much more!
There are good local shops, plenty of places to eat out (regional cuisine, Jewish cuisine, vegetarian meals, etc.) and probably the best pubs in the world!
Krakow is only 10 minutes from Wieliczka Salt Mines and 100 km away from Tatra Mountains and beautifull, small Zakopane - which is called winter capital of Poland (see Apartments in Zakopane).

Reviews
Kevin and Edyta Coetzee, September 2009
I must say the apartment was more than we expected. As the other review mentioned don’t be put off by the entrance to the building itself. The apartment was very clean and all that you needed was there, close to tram stop but also close enough to walk to the city – we enjoyed walk. It was private and Jacek was very helpful and accommodating. Will recommend to anybody for a short or longer stay since it has all the necessities and is priced reasonably.
William, Scotland, February 2009:
Ideal base, very close to tram stop to get around the city. Surrounding area currently being upgraded, don't be put off or worried by the graffiti. The apartment itself was everything that had been advertised and very comfortable. No neighbourhood noise. Our contact Jacek was very helpful and would recommend this apartment to other visitors. We had a lovely stay in Krakow and your beautiful apartment made it even better. We have a few friends and family planning to visit Krakow on our recommendation and we have given your e-mail address to them for when they book accomodation. We could not have asked for better with your apartment because it had everything we wanted and we wished we had booked to stay longer. Thank you very much for helping us to have such a pleasant stay.
Regards Tracy & Patrick
