Booking information

  • After receiving an Enquiry / Booking, we will promptly confirm the availability and prices.
  • Now, you should confirm your reservation by e-mail. After that we will make the required dates unavailable.
  • For a firm reservation you will be requested to make a deposit payment. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB), Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, Moneybookers, international money order  (Western Union, MoneyGram) or simply send by registered mail.   • The balance is payable on the day of your arrival.
  • On your arrival you will be requested to make a security deposit to cover apartment losses should they happen. You will receive the deposit back on the day of your departure. Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.
  • On the day of your arrival we will wait for you in the apartment to give you the keys and all necessary instructions. We recommend our Transfer service - we will welcome you right at the airport and drive you to your home in our car. For more details see Transfer Service.
  • Check-in is from 2 pm and check out is 11. Upon availability and previous notice we are flexible and always try to meet various needs.
  • In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
