You can't beat this place for location!
It's smack bang in the heart of Kazimierz, the lively former Jewish district of Krakow, now - a part of the Old Town of Krakow.
A small town in a big city, Kazimierz owes its unique atmosphere to the historical neighbourhood and has many interesting attractions: galleries, antique shops, small restaurants, cafes and pubs. For those who are interested in visiting historic monuments, museums, galleries, churches and synagogues, our apartment is a perfect starting point. There are good local shops, plenty of places to eat out (regional cuisine, Jewish cuisine, vegetarian meals, etc.) and probably the best pubs in the world! Krakow is only 10 minutes from Wieliczka Salt Mines and 100 km away from Tatra Mountains and beautifull, small Zakopane - which is called winter capital of Poland (see Apartments in Zakopane).

Stacy, June 2013:
My husband and I and our friend spent three nights at Irish flat in Kazimierz and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The flat is surprisingly spacious and very well-stocked with everything you need for eating in or doing laundry, and the living room area is super comfortable for three people. We all loved the views from every window, of the rooftops of so many buildings in this very historic neighborhood. Some people have cautioned about the five flights of stairs with no lifts, but I want to point out that I travelled extensively throughout Central Europe during my trip and found this to be not at all uncommon--it is not a detraction from the charm or comfort or location, just something to know ahead of time so you can be prepared. I cannot overstate how incredible the location is: you are right in the heart of Kazimierz and meters away from great restaurants, bars, and cafes--the best meal I had in Poland was around the corner from this flat. A block to the south is the foot bridge to Podgorze where you find more history, a more sobering vibe but a visit that is not to be missed. If you are interested in the history of Jewish Krakow, there is not a better location. The historic center is a fifteen minute walk, super easy, and honestly Kazimierz has a better vibe, not throbbing with tourist hordes. Everywhere we went we found kind, patient, generous people willing to help us with our total language barrier. I loved Poland and I hope to return someday.

Cody, June 2013:
This apartment is beautiful, clean, centrally located and has everything needed for a short or extended stay in Krakow. Modern amenities with warm wood tones and comfortable beds and couches and a balcony made it perfect for our group of four. Jacek was a great host and I could tell he knew what he was doing: made sure we had everything we needed (keys, towels, even helped us work the laundry machine) and was very easy to communicate with. If you come to Krakow (which you should! its a beautiful little city), I definitely recommend this or one of Jacek's other apartments.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is located in a great spot, with nice pubs and restaurants all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, as can be seen on the photos.

The flat is super clean and is in the best part of Krakow. If your don't mind some stairs, this is a great spot.

The apartment was very clean, very good located (excellent pubs and restaurants at the corner, very good neighbourhood). The flat has 2 bedrooms, one big, and one smaller, but both are enough for 2 -2 people. It also has a big living room area with a nice kitchen. Our host was kind, reliable and flexible. 10/10 to everything.

We loved Krakow! And the stay was in no small part due to Jacek and his lovely apartment. Very well located, clean, modern, and comfortable. We'll definitely go back and we'll definitely let him know when we do!

The Irish modern flat it's very well located, really light and the main bedroom has an amazing terrace with a lovely breakfast table. The couch in the living room is comfy enough to have one extra person staying over. The kitchen is completely furnished.

Everyone should visit Krakow. If you want to get the most out of what Krakow has to offer this apartment is the best option. Newly renovated to a luxury spec, very spacious and extremely clean. It is located in the heart of Kazimierz and very accessible to public transport. Jacek arranged our transport to and from the airport and was there to greet us when we arrived and left. Be sure to ask for Adam to pick you up-very knowledgeable about everything Krakow. Fantastic stay-I only wish we had more time there. Be sure to go to the Plac Nowy to have a Zapiekanki!!!!
