Shruti, July 2013:
We loved Krakow and couldn't have stayed at a better located apartment. The apartment is a short walk from both the Main Market and the Jewish Quarter, so for a short weekend away, this was ideal.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Monica, the owner's daughter, was responsive and very kind - greeting us very late at night and being flexible on our checkout.
Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, comfortable apartment in a very old building. Most everything provided, even wireless internet and cable TV. Convenient to the entire city and tours pick up at the front door. Very reasonable pay parking in rear of building. Not the Ritz, but sure makes sense. Try it!

Dovydas, April 2013:
Great location - between Old town and the Jewish quarter with all the bars and restaurants. The flat is in a beautiful building and itself looks more stylish and less bright colours than in the pictures here. The flat was equipped with all necessary goods - crockery, dishwasher, etc. Six of us stayed and was enough room for a couple of nights, as 2 had to sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room. We drove and parked on the side street - parking is 3zl for an hour 10-20. There is also a secured car park behind the building, but more expensive. All in all, a good value flat in great location - would come back!

Joe, 2013:
The Apartment was walking distance to everything, was very large and clean, and we received help for everything during our stay from them helping us negotiate a lower cost for gated parking behind the building to directions to things to see and do. We arrived late and they were waiting for us, and they met us us early on a sunday morning to check out. Outstanding experience- we would book again

I just wanted to thank you for your assistance on our recent trip to Krakow.
The apartment was wonderful, way beyond our expectations, a real home from home and the ideal base to explore your beautiful city.
We are already looking to visit again later in the year and have every intention of booking your apartment again.
Even the weather behaved and we had a lovely sunny few days!
I would have no hesitation in recommending your city and your accomodation, and in fact have already done so to colleagues. Many thanks again.

Apr 22, 2010 "volcano escape!"

We found the information provided on the website very useful in helping us choose an apartment, our main priorities were ; good quality accommodation, suitable for 2 couples to share, close to the main square and safe to walk from on an evening and safe to stay in. all queries before arrival were dealt with promptly and we were even provided with a taxi to meet our plane (at an additional cost but worth it for the luxury!). the outside of the building was off putting, as it looked very run down and unloved. However the inside of the apartment couldn't have been more different; it was fully and stylishly equipped to a high standard throughout. one bedroom was much larger than the other, but both more than adequate for a city break. the chaos created by the volcanic eruption in Iceland, could have proved very problematic for us, as departure was delayed for 3 days. However the staff were brilliant in organising 2 extra nights in the same apartment and offered alternatives for the last night. our enforced prolonged stay was virtualy stress free as a result! Would I advise other people to use this apartment-yes, would I promote the company, definitely yes. Will we be going back to Krakow? not for some time I think, as we have now seen ALL the sights in, around and beyond its city boundries!!!!

Thanks for looking after us so well during our stay in the old town apartment! it was fantastic- in a perfect location and spotless. It served as an ideal base for our trip to Krakow and served as a brilliant home from home with having all the amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine! Having the computer and internet was an added bonus meaning we could look up information about the city online! Thanks again.

We would just like to thank you very much for a most enjoyable stay at Old Town apartment. The apartment was very well serviced with all the necessities and a radio/microwave oven!!! We found the location very good for access to The Square and also the Jewish Quarter and also handy for all essentials such as supermarket etc. we would most definatley recommend this to our friends. Thank you once again, for your efficiency in making arrangements also.

We just wanted to write and thank you very much for our excellent stay in the Old Town Apartment. We had a fantastic holiday in Poland and intend to return in 2009. The apartment I must say was excellent and well situated in Krakow. The facilities helped to make our stay very pleasurable & comfortable especially the PC, dishwasher and washing machine. We will use your apartment again and will also recommend your company to our friends. Thank you again.
